Pilates for beginners runs on Monday evenings, with classes at 6pm and 7pm. Learn all about the basic principles and movement patterns, providing a solid foundation to progress further. Improve mobility, posture, flexibility and core strength. Can help with back pain and other joint problems. Suitable if you are new to Pilates or have a little experience. All equipment is provided. £39 for a six week course. Numbers are limited, so please get in touch to book a place.
